No. Logging hours by hand and generating PDF timesheets work on every plan with no AI involved. The AI buttons are there when you want them, and the app keeps working even if the AI service is down.
Type a few keywords and press Generate: it writes a clear, professional description from your business context and your recent entries, so the wording varies and each month reads as a continuation of the last. Refine (Silver and Gold) polishes text you wrote yourself without inventing anything. You always see and edit the text before it's saved.
Describe a period in plain words, like “32 hours in August, weekends only, 8 hours a day”, and get a day-by-day proposal with tasks and descriptions. Review it, adjust any row, and accept it in one click. Nothing is added to your work log until you accept. Included in Silver and Gold; the Free and Bronze plans get one free run to try it.
One per client or line of work. Each agent has its own business description, report language and history, so the AI writes for that client in their language. Switch between them from the sidebar; every plan includes up to 20.
The AI writes in 40 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, Chinese and Korean. You set the language per agent.
Each AI action uses credits from your plan's allowance. The free plan includes a few to try it out; paid plans get a new allowance every month. You can see how many you have left on your settings page.
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing whenever you like: your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on Free, with your work log and reports still there. Payments, VAT and invoices are handled by Creem, our merchant of record.
Only you. Your reports are stored privately and downloaded through short-lived links. When you use an AI action, the text involved is sent to our AI provider to write the answer, and it isn't used to train AI models.
