No. Logging hours by hand and generating PDF timesheets work on every plan with no AI involved. The AI buttons are there when you want them, and the app keeps working even if the AI service is down.
Type a few keywords and press Generate: it writes a clear, professional description from your business context and your recent entries, so each month reads as a continuation of the last. Refine (Silver and Gold) polishes text you wrote yourself without inventing anything. You always see and edit the text before it's saved.

Yes. Cancel from Manage billing whenever you like: your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on Free, with your work log and reports still there.

Your entries and reports are visible only to you. They’re stored privately and downloaded through short-lived links. When you use an AI feature, the text needed for that action is sent to our AI provider and isn’t used to train AI models.
